Danube Guides are specially trained to present the Danube to various audiences as an exciting, sustainable and environmentally conscious adventure space. Thanks to a transnational training, the guides exist in six countries along the Danube (Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania). What makes them so special is their extensive knowledge of the interactions between humans and the environment, sustainable development, ecosystems, social trends and much more. Aside from that, they also have the ability to pass on this knowledge through fresh methods and communication channels. The Danube Guides offer exciting tours along the Danube and its surroundings, which apart from mainstream tourism, provide a great insight into the unique nature, culture and history of the Danube. As for Germany, there are Danube Guides in Tuttlingen, Ulm, Neuburg a. d. Danube, Ingolstadt and Passau.
