The Danube region in Germany offers great and varied landscapes. In one area the Danube is surrounded by rocks, in another area, the landscape is characterized by meadows and fields. Furthermore, one of Germanys largest alluvial forest areas is located near the Danube. Not to mention the numerous natural phenomenons like the seepage of the Danube or the breakthrough of the Danube.
